100 m from the village of Saint-Genis-l'Argentière, we turn our backs on it, view of the countryside, calm. Ideal for gatherings and birthdays where you can stay around 18 people at the table
We can accommodate 10/12 people.
Our cottage has 8 relaxing electric beds, we can accommodate 6 couples, or divisible into 10 separate beds.
+ children under 2 years old
Another gîte for 6 to 8 additional beds (the Gîte de la Gaise), which is in the same style, which we own, 800 m from it.
A very beautiful municipal multipurpose room approximately 800 m away, which can be rented by the municipality, caterers 2 km away in the commune (Sainte-Foy-l'Argentière) plus all these shops.
Many well-marked hiking and forest trails await you to relax.

Séjour en famille en août. Mieux vaut en rire car vous trouverez de nombreux défaut dans cette maison. Prises non fixés, poêles et casseroles rouillés, couvertures et draps de l antiquité.
Mezzanine qui accueille jusqu'à 5 personnes avec escalier bien bruyant.
Salle de bain avec remontée d égout.
Bon on en a quand même profité, ce lieu a du potentiel. Le coin salon avec le grand canapé est agréable et l extérieur peux être sympa avec un peu de rénovation.

Nous avons séjourné un petite semaine dans cette maison pleine de surprises. Nous avons pris le parti d'en rire... mais la maison est toute de ginguois, pas propre et souvent dangereuse pour les enfants. Les équipements sont vétustes et souvent sales. Les ampoules sont nues, les interrupteurs et prises souvent mal fixées. Bref... dommage car la maison est bien située et pourrait être agréable. Je conseille aux propriétaires de faire les efforts nécessaires pour que les hôtes se sentent accueillis et respectés dans cette maison.
