The Domaine de la Chauvinière is a 17th century property of character, in the middle of a one hectare wooded and flowery park, classified as an ornithological refuge. An idyllic setting with leisure facilities, exotic plant varieties and local microclimate.
Beautiful independent 17th century house with character "Le Mont Saint Michel" (100 m², 2 bedrooms, large bed 160 cm x 200 cm in each bedroom (+90 superimposed in the largest), large volumes, fireplace with wood provided, washing crockery, piano, etc. Independent WC and bathroom.
As a paying option, possibility of a 3rd bedroom (+32 m²) on the 2nd floor with a 140 bed and a 90 bed, on the 2nd floor. It is accessible from bedroom 2 by a staircase. Please contact us. Free Wifi in this house.

Take the A 84 motorway direction Caen / Le Mont-Saint-Michel / Rennes.
Once in Avranches, take the exit Avranches Gare / Cherbourg / Jullouville / Granville (D973).
At the roundabout, follow the direction of Cherbourg / Jullouville / Granville.
Immediately after crossing the bridge of the river "la Sée", turn left and follow the D911 towards Vains / Jullouville.
Drive through Vains, and continue straight on towards Genêts.
At the entrance of the next village, watch out for the small blue signpost "Le Fougeray", then turn right on the first small road direction "La Pigousterie, La Chauvinière".
After approximately 400 meters further, take the small path on the right and you arrive at the "Domaine de la Chauvinière".

Merci à Mr bordant pour ce séjour super agréable dans le gite le petit Saunier. le calme du lieu est le repos du parc,très bon accueil à l arrivée,le propriétaire est super sympa. a recommander,à conseiller. petit gîte très bien équipé. un nouveau passage est même déjà prévu. encore merci pour tout

Je recommande vivement ces gîtes très bien conçus et qui se situent dans un havre de paix et de verdure. Calme et repos sont au rendez-vous. Notre hôte est extrêmement accueillant sympathique et charismatique. Ses conseils très précieux nous ont permis d’effectuer des visites et des activités fort agréables. Vous ne serez pas déçus. "Séjour au mont saint- Michel"
Nous avons logé fin mai 2021 ds la maison indépendante qui était vraiment typique,pleine de charme,confortable et très bien équipée. Le parc est très agréable et bien arboré,MR Boudant est aux petits soins avec ses hôtes ,très accueillant et de bon conseil,merci beaucoup Jean-Louis.

Très belle rénovation d'une petite boulangerie. Lieu parfait entre la baie, le Mont Saint Michel et la côte granvillaise.
Nous recherchions du calme et nous l'avons trouvé ! Le petit plus : les précieux conseils du propriétaire durant notre séjour.
