Table football Hiking trailsLocated between Nantes and Rennes, with a quick access to the highway, our 3 lodgings of character can welcome you for your events (birthday, wedding, family or friends gathering, retirement party, seminars, ...)
They can host up to 50 people indoors and to sleep, and are open throughout the year.
On weekdays it is also possible to rent the room by the night.
The cottages can be rented together or separately, since they all have a fully equipped kitchen (appliances, utensils, dishes, ...)
Our rates always include sheets, beds made and all charges. Housekeeping is optional.
The arrival and departure times are to be set freely with us.
The beds are distributed as follows:
- Grand Gîte: reception room for 50 people on the ground floor, 31 beds (3 bedrooms with 5 single beds, 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds and 4 sofa beds in the living room and mezzanine)
- The Gîte de La Cour: maximum capacity 11 beds (3 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and 1 sofa bed in mezzanine)
- The Gîte Ker Anna: maximum capacity 12 beds (2 rooms with 3 single beds, 1 room with 2 single beds, 1 room with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed in the living room)
The bathrooms:
The Grand Gîte and the Gîte de la Cour each have a bedroom accessible for wheelchairs on the ground floor. In these two cottages, each room has its private bathroom.
The Grand Gîte also has 3 separate WC at the level of the room, including 1 to wheelchairs standards.
Ker Anna has on the ground floor a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and upstairs a separate toilet, a shower room with sink, and a bathroom with an additional double sink.
The exteriors:
Each cottage has a private lawn area with a terrace.
The garden of Ker Anna is completely fenced.

CANCELLATION BY THE TENANT
Any cancellation must be notified by e-mail
a) cancellation before arrival at the premises:
the deposit remains with the owner. The latter may request the balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of entry into the premises.
If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours following the date of arrival indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his lodging. The deposit also remains with the owner who will request payment of the balance of the rental.
b) if the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refund will be made.

From April to the end of September, the weekend rental includes at least Le Grand Gîte and the Gîte de la Cour together because the 2 gîtes are adjoining, for a minimum of 2 nights.
The price for this service is €1,450 in 2023 (€1,480 in 2024) excluding the cleaning fee.
You can add Gîte Ker Anna if you wish to reach a maximum total of 50 beds, at a rate of €1865 for a total of 2 nights in 2023 (€1910 in 2024).
Between October and March, you can rent each gîte separately for the number of nights you want (excluding school holiday periods).

"Un séjour +++"
Je ne peux que recommander le gîte de la Garlais : un accueil chaleureux et à l'écoute, un gîte idéal pour une réunion de famille. Tout le monde a apprécié l'aménagement, le confort (une salle d'eau pour chaque chambre), la grandeur de la cuisine, les extérieurs, etc.
