We are pleased to welcome you in the countryside, in a 9 hectare property (woods, meadows and ponds), located in the heart of the Périgord Noir, close to all the major sites.

The AccroMagnon gîtes enjoy a central position (in Les Eyzies-de-Tayac) and thus offer an ideal starting point for discovering the riches of Périgord

This independent house, 55 m², is perfect for a family with 3 children: two bedrooms (a parent bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a children's bedroom with 3 90 cm beds), a bathroom (with shower), a living room /dining room with wood stove (free wood), flat screen TV, WiFi internet, an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, 4 gas burners, fridge, coffee maker, etc.) and the terrace for outdoor meals with dining area barbecue.
No neighbors except the deer.

Shared swimming pool (open from the end of May to the end of September), a large play area with swing, pirate ship, football field, ping-pong table (equipment provided), multiple toys for children of all ages.

The price does not include linen (sheets and towels €5 per person) or end-of-stay cleaning (€30).
Both must be paid upon arrival if you choose these options.
But you can also choose to come with your sheets and clean the accommodation when leaving.
A washing machine is available in the laundry room for €4.
