Come and discover our beautiful region of the Vosges via our luxury gîte "La Chèvrerie", completely renovated, which consists of two autonomous and independent apartments: "Le Bellevue" (6-8 pers.) and "Le Confortable" (4-6 pers.), which can be rented separately or the large capacity gîte "La Chèvrerie" of 240 m² can be rented in full for 10 to 14 people maximum, ideal for family rental with friends or seminar.

Ideally located 150 meters from the train station, and 300 meters from the town center of Épinal

Fully equipped with an outdoor natural setting like in the countryside with a large estate / land of 1800 meters with trees overlooking Épinal and its castle, two dwarf goats, a large pond with waterfall, two large terraces, barbecues, Nordic bath 6- 8 spaces, large free private parking.

A basement (unheated) with bar, mini-fridge, enclosure, lighting effects, ping-pong table, table football, darts, mölkky game.
Each apartment is fully equipped with sheets (made on arrival), towels, shampoo/shower gel, raclette/fondue set, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, board games and cards, iron and ironing board, washing machine, drying rack, hair dryer.
A work desk in a bedroom.

As soon as you book, we will offer you a wide choice of bars, restaurants and local activities.

The "Le Confortable" apartment consists of two bedrooms with 160 double beds + televisions, a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a shower room, the convertible sofa will allow you to stay at 6 people.

The "Le Bellevue" apartment consists of a large living-dining room with a breathtaking view of Épinal, two bedrooms with double beds 160 + televisions, a bedroom with two single bunk beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a large bathroom + shower, the convertible sofa will allow you to accommodate 8 people.

Many services included: beds made on arrival, towel and tea towel, basic necessities on site (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, paper towel, aluminum, stretch film, sponge, dishwashing liquid, soap, etc.), toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and washing machine are available on your arrival, free WiFi, heating included.
In the kitchens: Nespresso capsule coffee machine, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hob and all utensils.

To buy before or on sale in the house: for the Nordic bath: wood logs (10 € / use), coffee/tea capsule (0.50 €), charcoal for the barbecue (10 €).
The use of the Nordic bath is free, the house does not take care of anything (except special request invoiced). The Nordic bath is empty, it is to be filled and heated by the tenants.

Rules :
No animals (except small ones and on request before booking), no smoking inside, no parties except in the basement and above all make the most of your stay.
The double bunk bed is forbidden for children under 6 years old.
Do not lean over the fence along the street risk of falling and watch your children.
The children are under the responsibility of the parents, the house disclaims all responsibility.

Video surveillance: the house informs you that cameras are present outside for security reasons, there are cameras only outside and not inside.
