Ludovic and Coralie welcome you to their Ty Penty Breton.
Ideally located on the Finistère coast, the "Ty Peinard" gîte is in the town of Guiler-sur-Goyen, 10 km from the first beaches of Plozévet and Plovan. Douarnenez is 15 mins away and Quimper 20 mins.
The cottage at the end of the renovation will be made available from Saturday July 1, 2023.

With a capacity of 5 people you will find:
• Upstairs :
- bedroom 1: 1 bed 160x200
- bedroom 2: 1 bed 140x200 and 1 bed 90x200
- bathroom with sink and shower
• On the ground floor:
- a living room with 1 sofa bed, 1 table with 6 chairs, large TV with PS4, some games, DVDs and books available
- a separate toilet
- a kitchen equipped with coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven
- a cellar with washing machine, iron and ironing board, storage, high chair and travel cot
• Outside: a terrace with table and 6 chairs as well as garden furniture for 4 people

The cottage is ideally located in a small quiet hamlet without traffic.
For your purchases you will find Super U 5 minutes from the cottage as well as a bakery and tobacco bar in the town.
Small towns of character such as Pont-Croix and Locronan if located nearby. You can also discover the magnificent coasts of the 2 caps as well as the paths and the magnificent beaches of the Bay of Audierne and Douarnenez.

Weekly rental from Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m.

€600 per week in July and August, household linen not included.
Non-smoking accommodation, animals not accepted.
