La Pierre Plantée is a bungalow-style property nestled in the woods in the peaceful hamlet of Bazalgue.
The house offers a peaceful private location with easy access to the local villages of Souillac and Martel just 7km away.
You can enjoy the special ambiance or take a peaceful walk in the woods using one of the many hiking trails.

Interior
The house has a large new kitchen equipped with all cooking facilities.
The open-plan living/dining room has tables and chairs for 8 people, and opens directly onto the garden.
All rooms with views of the woods, with mosquito nets and portable fans.

Outside
A large natural garden is surrounded by trees providing plenty of privacy and is an ideal place to watch birds and local wildlife.
A covered veranda leads to a large raised terrace, which has a child safety fence and steps leading to the garden with a child safety gate (if requested), a table and seating for 8 people.
In the garden there is a 6 x 4 m above-ground swimming pool with terrace and a picnic table for 8 people. There are also deckchairs, hammocks, and games.

The utility room houses the fridge-freezer and washing machine.

In front of the house there is a large private parking space for 4 cars, a turning area and sensor-based exterior lighting.
