Old renovated farmhouse of 290 m² and 3000 m² of garden. Above-ground outdoor swimming pool (May to end of September), outdoor SPA, games room with American billiards and table football.

5 bedrooms distributed as follows:
• UPPER FLOOR a parental suite with bathroom of 34 m², 1 bedroom with double bed 140x190 cm for 2 pers., 2 bedrooms with single beds for 1 pers.
• Ground floor: a large bedroom of 25 m² with 1 double bed for 2 people. + 1 single bed. Real cot + folding cot, changing table, high chair, crockery suitable for children.

A large 25 m² kitchen fully equipped for cooking with family or friends (2 ovens, 2 refrigerators, induction hob, filter coffee maker + MAGIMIX espresso machine, food processor, kettle, toaster, etc.)
3 bathrooms (1 on the ground floor + 2 upstairs) and 2 toilets are at your disposal (1 on the ground floor + 1 upstairs)
A 34 m² living room welcomes you for meals, the room is equipped with a pellet stove.
A 34 m² living room with wood stove, 2 sofas, relaxation area with some board games and books. TV box with Disney+ access included.
Games room of 34 m² with American billiards, table football, relaxation area outside out of sight with SPA for 5 people.
A large garden of 3000 m² with games for children and above-ground swimming pool in summer, 2 garden furniture are at your disposal for meals outside as well as relax armchairs.

The beaches are less than 30 minutes away (Les Sables-d'Olonne), a multitude of activities are 30 minutes from the gîte (culture, beach, amusement park, etc.), hiking and/or cycling paths at the foot of the gite, Domangère golf course 15 minutes from the gite.

Beds are made on arrival, towels and kitchen towels are included. Only the bath towels for the SPA and the swimming pool are your responsibility.
