A pretty separate terrace and a garden space shared by the 2 mazets will allow you to enjoy the outdoors.
Sophie or Mélanie with independent entrances, can be rented together or separately.

The spacious bedroom (24 m²) is on the first floor (1 bed 160x200 cm, 1 sofa bed 110x200 cm), flat screen television, parquet floor, romantic decor.
Ground floor opening onto a charming lounge area with beautiful colors full of charm. The living room offers you 24 m² with stone walls, completely renovated, with its very practical kitchen. Trendy decoration, but all the charm of Provence, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen.
Bathroom with bathtub including shower, washing machine, separate toilet.
An outdoor space in the shade of the plane tree.
When you arrive, the beds are made, the bath towels are already in your bathroom, the kitchen linens are provided, tablets for your dishwasher and product for your washing machine as well.

If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours following the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner may dispose of his gîte. The deposit also remains with the owner who will request the sale of the rental.
b) if the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refunds will be made.
