Free cancellation up to 3 months before arrival date

Context CLASSIC CANCELLATION:
I inform the tenant that he can provide his own withdrawal insurance with the insurance company of his choice following the rental conditions:
- deposit refund: if period re-rented to a replacement guest for the same price conditions.
- no balance refund: if early departure by the will of the tenant.

HEALTH INFORMATION:
Covid-19 money back guarantee:
- concerning ONLY the persons listed on the rental contract.
The owner of this ad agrees to:
- Reimburse you in full if the regulatory provisions put in place by the State make your stay impossible.
- if you are unable to go to the place of rental (confinement, isolation, travel ban, etc.).
- if the owner is obliged to give up the vacation rental (sanitary conditions, prohibition to rent, etc.).
NB: This guarantee does not apply to other reasons for impediment that you could invoke (beaches and restaurants closed, personal concern, etc...).

RECEPTION: authorized for 4 people MAXIMUM (2 couples NOT accepted).

RENTAL: ONLY by the week (Saturday 5 p.m. - Saturday 9 a.m.).
- ARRIVAL: Saturday 5 p.m. (anticipation possible after agreement).
- DEPARTURE: Saturday 9am (possible anticipation without possibility of delay).

PAYMENT: bank transfer or check, ANCV holiday vouchers.
- RESERVATION: 50% deposit.
- ARRIVAL: balance of 50% upon delivery of the keys (without deferred payment).
- CANCELLATION insurance: recommended, not included and to be provided freely (right of withdrawal/rules of the Civil Code apply).
- VILLEGIATURE insurance: mandatory (FREE certificate from your main residence insurance).
+ tourist tax***: €1.21/Day/Person over 18 years old (ranking***).
+ options chosen when BOOKING:
* Compulsory EXIT cleaning: + €60 per maintenance service or FREE by you.
* Heating: + 70€/Week, compulsory except 01/06 to 30/09.
*Laundry :
- house and toilet: €10 per person and per stay.
- bed linen: provided and FREE.
- baby cot sheets: not provided

ANIMALS only under 5 conditions:
- not admitted in July/August.
- 1 SINGLE (only cat or small dog).
- respecting the environment (rigorous maintenance of interior and exterior premises).
- with respect for the neighborhood (barking control).
- up-to-date vaccination record and civil liability insurance.

BOOK in 5 steps:
- reread the announcement (all the details are indicated there).
- choose the desired period and give your postal address by e-mail.
- sending of the file (contract, description, inventory, itinerary) by me: within 24 hours
- reception of the file by the client: to be confirmed immediately by e-mail or telephone.
- return within 24 hours of the contract accepted by the customer for firm reservation.
+ 50% deposit, valid CI photocopy of the policyholder, holiday RC insurance certificate (FREE by your main house RC insurance).
+ balance, amount of tourist tax*** and of the services chosen: paid when the keys are handed over on arrival.
