The set of 3 gîtes, including parking spaces and buildings, is located on a plot of 2700 m², on the outskirts of the village of USSEAU, 100 m from the village square and shops.

There is a gas stove with oven, the swimming pool is shared, this cottage has a Japanese room with tatami mats

Each cottage is arranged in the same way.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. The bathroom is upstairs with a shower and a sink.
The ground floor is made up of a large room in exposed stone where there is an American-style kitchen, a sofa bed and a living room with fireplace. The toilets are under the wooden staircase.
There is a small outdoor courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue.

A 200 m² enclosed relaxation area is available for the 3 gîtes.
There is an above-ground swimming pool 1.20 m high, it is an 8 of 7 m maximum by 4 m. Water filling is dependent on prefectural restrictions.

In Usseau, there is a cultural center, a multi-sport field, shops, garages, a doctor.
In Mauzé (8 km) there are supermarkets and shops, a small market every Wednesday and Saturday.

There are many possible visits within a 20 km radius (Marais Poitevin, Ornithological Park, Church on the road to Santiago de Compostela).
About half an hour by car, there are Niort, Surgères, Saint-Jean-d'Angély, Saintes, La Rochelle, Île de Ré, Maillezais abbey, Aiguillon bay, the forest of Chizé with its animal park, Dompierre and the donkeys of Poitou…
