Gîte Rose de Provins

You enter the living room where the view over the valley is superb.
This room with laminate flooring has a living room with a wood-burning stove.
Leaving there, you enter the fitted kitchen with dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove with oven, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee machine.
A table with 6 chairs and all the utensils for the kitchen: dishes, pots and pans at your disposal.

In the basement, there is a bedroom with a 140x200 double bed.
The bathroom has a shower and a sink.
The toilets are independent.

By the staircase located in the living room you reach the floor where there are 2 bedrooms.
A bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x200 and a bedroom with 1 bed for 1 person of 90x200.
All bedrooms have laminate floors and a linen closet with hanging space.
When you arrive the beds are made.
Remember to bring towels, tea towels, paper towels.
Upstairs there is also a toilet and a sink.

Outside there is a partly covered terrace.
From here, the view is magnificent and it is not uncommon to see deer and foxes crossing. Use the garden furniture to relax!

Close to the gîte is the Lac des Settons.
This pleasure lake has everything to please you: beaches, possibility of swimming, pedalos, canoes and sightseeing boats.
Fishing is allowed there.
There are a lot of mountain bike circuits which is an ideal place for our athletes.

We have two Connemara ponies.
This breed has a reliable character and is strong enough to carry adults up to 90 kg. It is possible to explore the region on horseback with Tjitske.

Every day you can order bread rolls.
The baker comes twice a week

At 10 km there is a mini market and a larger supermarket is 20 km away.
