Small detached house in the heart of the medieval historic center, located on a pretty, quiet square just behind the Saint-Pierre de Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne abbey church listed as a Historic Monument and its magnificent Tympanum.
A 3-minute walk away you will find the Dordogne (the village river) with access via the Aubarèdes footbridge to the beach for swimming in the summer season.
Along the quays, while strolling during the beautiful sunny days of our beautiful region, you will also find the Chapel of the Pénitents (Notre-Dame church) also classified as a Historic Monument.
Always within walking distance you will find all the shops you need during your stay: restaurants, bakeries, souvenir shops, pharmacy, tobacco shops, bookstore, a small supermarket...
Throughout the year you will find the market on Wednesday mornings on the Place du Champ de Mars and during the summer the producers' markets by the river on Monday evenings.
