The "Landais" type gîte, on one level, is composed of an air-conditioned living room of 70 m², leading onto a sheltered outdoor terrace (table for 10 people with plancha) to the south overlooking the park of a property of 20 ha, with its 12 x 4 m infinity pool (private and heated with alarm) and a 3-seater spa.
You will enjoy a terrace located to the west overlooking a “zen” garden.
On the night side, you have 4 bedrooms with TV (160 cm bed) including 1 with 2 single 90 cm beds and 2 bathrooms (shower and WC each, 1 with direct access to the pool side).
The indoor kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, extractor hood, "Senseo", coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, food processors, etc.
