Recent and modern accommodation, nestled between Lake Monteynard and the ski resort of Gresse-en-Vercors.

Ideally located, 8 km from the beaches of Lake Monteynard and the Himalayan footbridges, 20 km from the ski resort of Gresse-en-Vercors, at the gates of Grenoble in Trièves, more than 20 summer/winter activities within less than 30km.

Whether in summer or winter, there is no shortage of sporting, natural or cultural activities. And why not just a little stop to rest?

Independent accommodation, organized in T1 of 31 m², fully equipped in charming property with shaded and fenced park.

- kitchen: open to living room, furnished and fully equipped, induction hob, fridge with small freezer, microwave, mini oven, espresso machine with capsules. Utensils and dishes provided…
- living room: 81 cm flat screen television, 120 x 185 cm sofa bed sufficient for 1 adult or 2 young children (additional €20 per person / night), kitchen table and chairs. Large bay window opening onto the outdoor terrace
- bedroom: with window, 140x190 cm sleeping bed (bed made for your arrival), 2 bedside tables with lamps. Large mirror cupboard converted into a dressing room
- Bathroom: walk-in shower with double shower head, cabinet with drawers with sink and large backlit mirror, towel dryer with integrated blower.
- Separate WC
- pantry with shelving

Modern and very clean interior. Electric roller shutters.

- exterior: on one level: large French window opening onto a private exterior of 80 m², land shaded by fir trees, with small terrace. View of the park.
In summer, garden furniture, parasol and barbecue available.
Small lit terrace.

Included a covered and private parking space under a courtyard with the possibility of free electrical connection.

Available free of charge:
- board games, books and comics
- pétanque balls, ping-pong table, Bonzini table football
- possible access to a “small” fitness room (weight bench, exercise bike and elliptical bike)
- possible access to the festive room, to have an aperitif in a nice setting, music, wooden board games, table football, etc.
- WiFi internet (depending on network reception)
