The focal point is a magnificent heated indoor swimming pool located in a separate building on the grounds. The pool barn is also heated and therefore ideal for rental all year round.

The accommodation comprises 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (5 of the bathrooms are ensuite).
The renovation and development work has been carried out with care.
The ground floor has a large entrance hall with a separate gym.

ACCOMMODATION IS MORE DETAILED:

An original staircase leads to the first floor. There is a ramp but the steps are not carpeted.
Bedroom 1 - Double bed with adjoining shower room and WC.
Bedroom 2 - Double bed
Bedroom 3 - Twin bedroom, 2 single beds
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a "Jack and Jill" style bathroom allowing access to a shared bathroom from two separate areas.

Second floor
Bedroom 4 - Master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom, bath, shower cubicle, basin and WC. There is plenty of space for hanging clothes and closets. There is also an adjoining work area with a desk table and chair.
The master bedroom TV has a Sky box and a few UK channels.

Ground floor :
Food :
It has been beautifully appointed with everything needed for a self-catering holiday. It includes a double electric oven and an induction hob, a large fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster. A small table in the kitchen can accommodate
3-4 people. There is also a small wood burning stove.

Living room :
The living/dining room is the perfect place to sit and relax. Its large fireplace is ideal for the cooler months. For the winter, a basket of logs is provided. The sofas can comfortably accommodate 12 people.
The living room is equipped with a large screen TV.
It is equipped with an Amazon Fire Stick allowing access to: Netflix, Amazon Prime, You Tube and more!
There are many channels in English, French and German.
A pool table is also available to guests in the living room.
The large dining table can accommodate 12 people.
Laundry room:
There is a utility room with a washing machine, dryer and toilet.
Please note that the oven in this room is not usable!

First floor :
Stairs from the living room provide access to the other bedrooms.
Bedroom 5 - King size bed with wardrobe, chest of drawers and en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 6 - King size bed with large wardrobe and en-suite shower room.
Outside :
A patio with a large dining room table. Perfect for outdoor dining! There are plenty of sunbeds and deckchairs.
A spherical water feature has been installed. It is illuminated at night, which gives the garden an enchanting atmosphere.
There is a small lawn. A large gas barbecue is available to guests.

Pool house:
Pool dimensions: 10m x 5m. Depth 1.8m
The swimming pool and the pool house are heated, which allows them to be used all year round. The pool can be lit at night to create a special atmosphere. The pool house has a lockable door and guests are requested to keep it locked when not in use.
Children should always be supervised when in the Pool House.
The mezzanine is equipped with a table football. There is also a shower and toilet.
