We are in the north of the town of Concarneau, quiet, close to the Voie Verte.
No reservation platform, everything is done directly with us by phone or email.

In the old calf crèche, we have set up a very cozy gite. Provençal style, exposed stones and color combine for the best.

If you like to simmer, the “high-end” Provençal cuisine with its enameled lava tops and Boutal earthenware will appeal to you. You will cook together in a colorful atmosphere, without odor since the powerful hood is connected to the outside. Lots of dishes, glasses and small household appliances are at your disposal. The enameled lava table and matching chairs will bring you the desired conviviality. The barbecue in the garden, open to the living room, is on its way for some welcome grilling, before a good nap on one of the deckchairs at your disposal.

The library offers you a wide choice of reading material for all ages. The large screen wall-mounted television and its DVD player will allow you to watch some films or series (present in the cottage). You will find, in the living room, a sofa bed allowing two additional people to sleep (good mattress).

On the first floor, the bathroom has a spa bath for relaxing, a sink on an old enameled lava top with its large mirror and a wall-hung toilet.

The master bedroom and its modular LED lighting as well as its wall-mounted flat screen television and the children's bedroom with its two beds and its large secure skylight.

The two gîtes (east and west) can be combined into one, through a door on the ground floor allowing 8 to 12 beds)

For garden enthusiasts, possible visit, with the owners “only”, to their botanical garden (1.9 ha)

Private car parks with electric sliding gate allowing you to park a trailer or a boat (no caravans or motorhomes). Possibility of housing bicycles or motorbikes in the old cider house with water points.

By car, by bike (greenway 5 minutes from the gîtes) or on foot, you will easily access the sports or family beaches. Swimming in the sea or in swimming pools (aqua park), sailing on historic or current boats, kayaking, paddle, diving, golf, horse riding, bike rental, and hiking galore...
You will come and soak up the unique charm of the “Ville Close”, after a good meal in a charming restaurant or a traditional creperie (for all budgets). For night owls, numerous bars/cocktails are there to welcome you.
Family and children will not be left out: animal parks, theme parks, zoos, aquariums (including Océanopolis)… are very close.
Culture and history enthusiasts will discover a very rich Breton heritage: Chapels, Fountains, Enclosures and Calvaries, the Black Mountains, the Monts d'Arrée as well as the Valleys of the Saints among others. Hiking maps and various documentation.
