Motorcyclists welcome Welcome to our gite for 6/8 people. It is located in a semi-detached stone farmhouse in the countryside. It combines the charm of the old with its wooden floor and stone wall with today's equipment and decoration.
The gîte is spacious (122 m²), bright (Full South exposure) with an enclosed garden of 320 m², terrace, parking space. All private, secure and enclosed, perfect for families with children.
Ideally between Brittany and Normandy, the cottage is located near the A84, 20 minutes from Mt St Michel, Pontorson, Avranches and Fougères. Dinan, Cancale, Saint Malo, Granville are less than an hour away.
In Saint James you can visit the Tricots St James factory, the American cemetery. All amenities are 3 km from the cottage: bakery, butcher, bar-tabac-Pmu, petrol, supermarket, organic store, pizzeria, restaurant...

A large living room of 50 m² with all the comforts of a house that can accommodate up to 8 people. Kitchen-Living-Living room

In winter there is underfloor heating and a wood burning insert.
