Gite Majorelle - Gîte du Pérou

Gîte 2 keys at Clévacances, in the Dauphiné d'Auvergne, located in a hamlet of a few houses, at an altitude of 824 m.
The house has just been renovated, there is direct access to the 1st floor by an outside staircase, the ground floor being reserved for the cellars.
You enter directly into a large living room - dining room of about fifty m² with exposed beams and a piano, 1 sofa bed, American kitchen fitted with electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer.
On the 2nd floor, bedroom of about twenty m², with a library, a double bed, two single beds, and the bathrooms: WC, sink and separate shower, and washing machine.

In winter, heating is by a wood pellet stove, pellets and electricity are not included in the rental price (€8 per 25 kg bag).
Animals are accepted under certain conditions.
Ideal place for hiking.
Descriptions of circuits to be done on foot can be proposed and for certain dates, I can propose an accompaniment.

It is possible to match this cottage with another cottage located in Tourzel Ronzières, the 2 houses are adjoining, and a door can make them match at the level of the 1st floor.
