Babies welcome In a quiet street in the historic center of Fumay, fifty meters from the Transardennes Greenway and the Meuse, near local shops and restaurants, the furnished gîte Les Rochettes welcomes you in a typical house from 1718, in schist slate .
On the ground floor: an equipped kitchen (vitroceramic hob, extractor, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, electric dryer, fridge and freezer, Senseo coffee maker), a living room with TV and Bbox WiFi , a hall, a toilet and its washbasin ensure the daytime comfort of six inhabitants.
The first floor is divided between a bedroom and two bathrooms, each with its own shower, one of which has a WC.
On the second floor, two bedrooms and a toilet and its sink ensure the night comfort of the other occupants.
A courtyard can accommodate bicycles and a public car park, opposite, is accessible free of charge to motorized vehicles. A public electric car recharging point 100 m away
RATES:
One room for one or two people: 110 € for one WE (2 nights) and 290 € for one week (7 nights).
Two rooms for one or two people:160 € for one WE and 320 € for one week (7 nights).
Three rooms for one or two people: 220 € for one WE and 400 € for one week.
Electric charges are calculated on the basis of actual consumption in kw/h measured at the inlet and outlet (Linky meter).

"Spacious and well-equipped holiday home"
A spacious holiday home, close to the town centre, with shops, cafes and restaurants a short walk away. The house was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed, including good wifi and kitchen equipment. The showers were good with plentiful hot water, and the beds were comfortable. André and Beatrice, the owners, were very friendly and always helpful. We especially appreciated being able to check out late and having easy parking so close to the town centre. There was a small yard where we could store our bikes securely too. Highly recommended: we would stay here again.

"Séjour très agréable à la découverte des Ardennes"
Logement agréable, au calme et très fonctionnel pour une famille avec enfants. Proches des commerces et restaurants. De nombreux sites à visiter aux alentours.

Et si propice à la randonnée. Heureusement, des escapades à Givet et Dinant, puis à Rocroi et Sedan auront contribué à vous faire connaître l'histoire et le patrimoine, avec un crochet au retour par Charleville-Mezières. Ce sera un plaisir de vous accueillir encore à Fumay ! A&B

"Séjour en famille"
En visite dans la région pour voir notre grand-mère, cette location à été une chance pour nous. Propriétaire très agréable et de bon conseil (la pizza au boudin est un régal!). Rien ne manque dans cette maison, pratique et fonctionnelle. Avec grand plaisir nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain passage dans la région!

"gite tip top pour 6 personnes"
gite très agréable, très bien conçu et aménagé. Les 2 salles de bain permettent de garder une intimité et une autonomie lorsqu'on se retrouve à 2 familles comme cela fut notre cas.

"Très bon accueil"
Nous avons séjourné entre amis au cours d'un week-end. Le gîte est bien équipé et nos hôtes se sont adaptés à nos demandes pour les modalités d'arrivée et de départ. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié leur accueil.

"waar voor je geld"
voor onze wandelvakantie voor mij en mijn broer deze uitgekozen , eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk , huisje is oud maar is typisch hier in deze streek maar alles volledig in orde met heel veel ruimte tijdens je verblijf hier mooie wandelingen gedaan meet veel single track paden in montherme en fumay en omstreken komen zeker nog eens terug voor overige wandelingen en fietstochten te doen eens
