Located in the heart of the Allier valley this charming, completely renovated residence is an old winegrower's house. It features an outdoor terrace with a view of the river below and an enclosed courtyard at the back as well as a cozy open plot of land.
Located in the village Le Chambon, in the commune of Blassac ,3 minutes from Lavoûte-Chilhac. Lavoute-Chilhac obtained the Plus Beaux Villages de France label in 2022.
On the ground floor you will find an equipped kitchen open to the dining room/living room as well as a laundry area and a WC. On the 1st floor 3 bedrooms with a 160 cm bed, a 140 cm bed, two bunk beds, a bathroom with WC completes everything.
Lovers of the countryside and beautiful landscapes will adore the location being just 200 meters from the Allier River. The area will welcome you for a peaceful, relaxing, and natural vacation.
Come and discover the Haute Loire a department full of diverse and varied activities including hiking, historic sites, must-see places like Garabit Viaduct, cultural events, canoeing, fishing, mountain biking, and discovery of fauna and flora. And don’t forget to delve into and discover the history of the famous beast of Gévaudan.
You can discover the Auvergne region around the Haute Loire and its volcanic landscapes, emblematic cheeses, villages full of charm, authenticity. There is truly something for anyone.

At the exit of Lavoûte-Chilhac when you are on the D4 towards La Chomette, in a right bend you have on your left a small road which leaves in front of you, you must take it. You then have, about 1 km further on, an intersection, you go opposite, continuing along the Allier. The next village is our village.

"Gîte les rives du haut allier"
Nous venons de passer 2 semaines dans un gîte incroyable autant par sa situation avec une vue magnifique que les aménagements intérieurs et extérieurs. On sent que la propriétaire a le souci du bien être des vacanciers. il ne manque absolument rien. On se sent bien et on s'approprie vite pour un temps les lieux. Merci. J'etais avec mon fils et ma nièce Valérie Nelain.

"Parfait !"
très bon accueil , gite très propre et super équipé , environnement d'un calme parfait. Et merci pour les petits plus : le paquet de café , les filtres , le cadeau de bienvenue... etc. Tout est pensé pour le confort du séjour.

"Séjour nature au Chambon de Blassac"
Nous sommes arrivée en fin de journée, le gîte était en super état, fraîchement rénové avec goût , le cadre est superbe , proche de la nature.
À quelques mètres de l'Allier , idéal pour les passionnés de randonnées et de pêche
Le gîte est très bien équipé , les chambres sont spacieuses.
Je recommande ce gîte pour passer un séjour au calme proche de la nature.
