The new gite, on one level, tastefully decorated, is very functional and has:
- a living space with fitted kitchen open to living room
- a bathroom with Italian shower
- 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed 140x190 and the other with 2 beds of 90x190
You have a laundry area with washing machine, dryer, necessary for maintenance, storage for fishing gear, bicycles …; a private terrace and free parking.
You have free access to the campsite to enjoy the private fishing pond recently cured and re-poisoned at the end of 2018 (without license, white fish, carp, roach, tench, etc.), the pétanque area and the playground, a ping pong table…
If you want to explore on foot or by bike, you will find all the local shops 100 m away: butcher, delicatessen, bakery, pastry shop, grocery store, supermarkets, pizzerias, chip shops and you can discover the town center of ARDRES with its traders. , its historical heritage, its festivities, its markets, its flea markets...
In the heart of the rue du lac, discover a playground for young children (Eurolac), restaurants, ice cream parlors, pedal boats, motor boats, fishing, walks, various hiking trails and new for 2019: the Euro bike linking ARDRES to CALAIS via a green cycle path.

"EXCELLENT"
Propriétaire accueillant, chaleureux, très à l’écoute… Un cadeau de bienvenu est présent.
Logement très propre, literie parfaite et en plus une place de parking privé.
Commerce à proximité, le centre-ville et de magnifique balade aux alentours.
Que dire de plus tout est parfait. Allez-y les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçu.
Bonne continuation et à l’an prochain.

Super petit week-end. Le gîte est super beau, belle décoration on s’y sent tout de suite bien
Le lieu est ressourçant.
Le lac d’ardres est vraiment a deux pas.
Le centre ville a 3 minutes
Et le plus c’est son etang privé on a kiffé !

Séjour très agréable. L’étang de pêche privé est vraiment le plus de ce gîte.
Le gîte est super propre, calme.
Belle Décoration, télé connectée (petit plus apprécié par ma fille!)
La ville d’ardres est a 3 minutes a pied ! Et accès directement au lac d’ardres du gîte…
On y reviendra se ressourcer en famille.

"Gîte agréable et confortable"
Nous avons passé un séjour d’une semaine.
Gîte super agréable, décoration super jolie, deux chambres une avec un grand lit et la deuxième deux lits simple. Douche italienne et cuisine fonctionnelle.
Étang privé mon mari et mon fils ont apprécié.
Je finis par remercier jean luc pour son accueil et sa bienveillance tout au long du sejour.

Nous sommes venus pour assister à un mariage a la base réservé pr 3 nuits et nous avons demandé si nous pouvions rester encore 3 nuits supplémentaires … nous avons pu retrouver les amis mais surtout se reposer et se ressourcer au sein de ce gite.

Côté propreté rien a redire !
