This old house, located in the calm of the Vendée countryside and renovated into a gîte, will welcome your families and groups of friends up to 14 people (including a baby).

- a large living room of 55 m² with American kitchen (equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction hob, toaster, kettle, classic coffee maker), dining room and living room (convertible sofa)

- a bedroom, with double bed, adjoining bathroom and WC (accessible from the living room and through a door leading to the outside)

The cottage being ideally located in the heart of the Vendée, and close to major highways, you will be 10 minutes from La Roche-sur-Yon and less than an hour from the beaches (Saint-Jean-de-Monts, Les Sables-d'Olonne, La Tranche-sur-Mer, L'Aiguillon-sur-Mer ...), and many activities and tourist sites offered by the department, such as the Marais poitevin, Le Puy-du-Fou, the O'Gliss Park water park…

15 minutes from Touchegray lake with beach and entertainment (pedal boat, inflatable games, paddle ...)
