Located 20 minutes from the beaches of Hyères, the Les Oliviers gîte will allow you to explore the entire Var department, away from the crowds but close to all the most beautiful sites, in a setting of absolute tranquility.

On a plot of 10,000 m², on the heights of Cuers, among olive trees, access to the gîte is provided by an electric gate with remote control. A clear view of the Maures massif will seduce you, at any time of the day, but also at the time of the rising sun...

It has a beautiful enclosed swimming pool (9.50 x 4.50 m), heated from May to October, equipped with a pool house, beautiful terraces and garden beds for rest and relaxation.

As an option, depending on availability, you can have an outdoor SPA (PEIPS brand), equipped with 54 massage jets and LED lighting for light therapy and/or a sauna.

Bicycles can be made available to you.

A plancha is also available on your terrace.

Free WiFi access, flat screen televisions in each room of the house (bedrooms, living room, kitchen), satellite reception in the living room for the most demanding will allow you to stay connected with the latest news.

The bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned.
The bathroom is equipped with a corner bathtub, a multi-jet hydromassage shower column and double sinks.
An independent toilet adjoins the bathroom.

It can accommodate 4 people in 2 separate bedrooms:
- a bedroom with a bed with electric box springs 160x200 (2 x 80), adjustable by individual remote controls; set your preferred position independently of your partner…
- a bedroom with a choice of a double bed (160x200) or 2 independent beds (2 x 80x200) for children or adolescents

Please note that everything needed to welcome young people is available on site.

The kitchen is equipped with an American fridge-freezer. You therefore always have fresh water and ice cubes at your disposal.
You will find a traditional coffee machine and another Nespresso brand, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, induction hob, an electric oven and all the useful household appliances for making quick and/or elaborate meals..
In the pantry you will also find a washing machine, dryer and ironing board which will ensure you return with clean, ironed laundry.

A charging station for electric vehicles is also at your disposal.
