Gîte Les Coquelicots du Langot

Housed in an old farmhouse, the Les Coquelicots du Langot gîte is ideally located, 15 minutes from the medieval town of Falaise, 15 minutes from the towns of Pont-d'Ouilly and Clécy, 35 minutes from the city of Caen and 40 min from Ouistreham beach.
Quietly located, surrounded by nature, this cottage has a large wooded plot of 2,000 m², crossed by a stream, with sheep and dwarf goats as neighbors.
Parking and a garage are also at your disposal.

This house, entirely independent, is located on 2 levels.
The ground floor includes an entrance, a dining room with fitted kitchen, a living room, a double bedroom (160x200 bed), a bathroom and separate WC.
The upper floor has a single bedroom (90cm bed) and a double bedroom (2 90cm beds).
For reservations of 3 days or more, bed linen is provided.
You will have a wood stove, a billiards table and a library with games for children as well as a television.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, microwave.
In summer, you can enjoy the gas barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs at your disposal. Baby equipment is available on request.
You can practice many sporting activities in the surrounding area (hiking, canoeing, mountain biking, climbing, etc.) or enjoy the many cultural and historical sites in the region (castles, sites linked to the landing, gastronomy, etc.)
