In the heart of Arzillières, between Vitry-le-François and 10-15 minutes from Lac du Der, we offer you a quiet, charming gîte in alliance with nature with beautiful, comfortable spaces for your well-being, and renovated at nine.

In the surrounding area, you can fish near a river and a pond, go hiking or cycling.

The accommodation can accommodate 4 to 6 people with a fully equipped kitchen to share your meals with family, friends or colleagues, a laundry room and a living room with wood stove, a comfortable sofa for your cozy evenings.

Upstairs, 2 bedrooms await you, each with 2 single beds of 90x200 cm. You will find a fully equipped bathroom with Italian shower.

This haven of peace overlooks a private, enclosed courtyard with a terrace area and a locked barn to park your vehicles and boats.

You will have the opportunity to access our orchard where there are two sheep and a barefoot path is at your disposal.
