The cottage is 15 km from Puy du Fou between Pouzauges and Saint-Michel-Mont-Mercure.
This old residence of 1791, restored with taste will enchant you, exposed to the sun.
The gîte is housed in the old barn of the property, the renovation has been done in an ecological and natural spirit, the house has a phytopurification, a purification system using plants.
On the ground floor, you will find an equipped kitchen, a lounge area, television, bathroom, separate WC.
Upstairs, a bedroom with 1 bed of 140 and on the mezzanine 1 bed of 80.
Heating by pellet stove.
