Completely renovated in 2020, our cottage will offer you all the comfort for your stay.
Bed linen, towels and cleaning included.
Quietly located in a wooded and fenced park of 1300 m² with a courtyard and 3 parking spaces, you can enjoy a picnic table, garden furniture, deckchairs, hammocks, a barbecue as well as a swing and a slide for children.
The interior offers an area of 80 m² with a floor.
The cottage is air conditioned and equipped with internet.
On the ground floor, a living room with a lounge area (convertible sofa offering a comfortable 140/200 bed and television), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and WC, a bedroom with a 160/190 double bed, a 90/200 single bed and a closet with wardrobe.
The ground floor has the tourism and handicap label
Upstairs a bedroom with a bed of 180x200 or two beds of 90x200, a bathroom with sink and bath and a separate toilet.
From the cottage you can go for beautiful walks or bike rides in nature or go to the family cellar to discover the wines of our region in AOC Chinon.
Touraine will offer you a panoply of visits with its many castles (Azay-le-Rideau, Amboise, Villandry, Langeais, Loches, Chinon with its medieval city and its fortress, Saumur...), its gastronomy with its famous cheese from Sainte -Maure de Touraine, its appellation wines (Chinon, Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil, Montlouis, Vouvray...).
The city of Tours with its train station and airport is 40 minutes away. You will discover its typical city center (Quartier du Vieux Tours), its cathedral and the guinguette on the banks of the Loire.
Note that the motorway exit (A10) and the nearest train station are located in Noyant-de-Touraine, 10 minutes from the gîte.
In barely an hour by motorway you can also get to Futuroscope and Beauval Zoo.
Finally 5 minutes away is the town of Ile-Bouchard with supermarkets, restaurants, local shops, pharmacies and a nursing home. The proximity of the Vienne will offer you activities such as fishing or canoeing.
All the conditions are met for you to have a pleasant stay with family or friends!
Animals are accepted on request, note that the land is fenced but not fenced.

"Noël parfait"
We stayed there at Christmas (2024). Lucie gave us a great welcome, such a kind and attentive person, she had prepared a pretty tree for us, all that was left was to fill it with gifts 😄. We felt right at home. Spacious, modern, very well-maintained cottage, tastefully decorated. There were 6 of us adults and we didn't step on each other's toes. We had a visit from the peacock family, who were very pleasant. Can't wait to come back to enjoy the outdoors, which is also very pleasant. Very quiet, a very relaxing place. In short, nothing but good things. We'll definitely come back. Thanks again to Lucie for her welcome.

"Parfait"
Stayed in September 24. The cottage is located in a very quiet area, it is perfect and clean, a special mention for the very good quality of the bedding. The pool is top notch. The owner is available and responsive (we wanted a kettle, it was done during the day). We recommend it without reservation. Thank you.

"Un accueil et un gîte si agréable"
Having stayed there as a group of 4 on March 24, we have really good memories of it.
Lucie and her welcome are top notch, the equipment, the cleanliness, the well-being in each room is a big plus.
The bedding is comfortable, the equipment is complete and functional, the rooms are large and pleasant, we lack nothing!
The site is great, it's a shame that in March we couldn't enjoy the swimming pool and everything outside.
In short, we remember the address, with a little "we'll come back" in mind!

Great cottage, very pleasant and functional! I am a disabled person and it's rare to find a place so well adapted and so pretty too! I recommend it 100%!

Located in a quiet area, this cottage boasts a large plot of land. It is very well-equipped and comfortable. The cottage is in excellent condition and is suitable for people with reduced mobility. "Très très satisfait"
We had a wonderful family stay in this beautifully renovated cottage. All areas are wheelchair accessible. The welcome is warm yet discreet. The wine produced by the owners' parents is excellent (in organic conversion). The region is pleasant and there are many opportunities for walking. This is a great place that we would be happy to share with friends.

"Bravo"
The welcome was very pleasant with the owner and also the owner's mother, whom we met at the end of our stay. My husband is in a wheelchair, and we 100% confirm the accessibility of the cottage. The bathroom is spacious, and the walk-in shower is perfect for a person in a wheelchair. We recommend this place. And the little extra that we really liked was the visit of the pair of peacocks in the garden. We plan to return as soon as possible.

"Formidable !"
We stayed in this cottage from February 11 to 14, 2022.
The owner is super accommodating, the cottage is new, very clean and, above all, spacious. It is very well thought out for people with reduced mobility. There were 7 of us, and despite having 2 wheelchairs and a standing aid, we were not at all cramped, with wheelchair-accessible bedroom and bathroom.
In short, only positive comments! The garden is also ideal for children.
The icing on the cake is that the owner's parents are winegrowers just a few steps from the gîte!
In short, an address to keep preciously and to share.

"Gite superbe"
We stayed there from August 24 to September 4, 2021, we were pleasantly welcomed by Lucie the owner. The cottage is very well laid out, bright, and very clean. The large grounds allow us to relax in peace, we used to see 3 peacocks every day on the grounds because of course we gave them bread. Let's not forget the dad who makes very good wine (chinon) without forgetting the cheese (sainte maure de Touraine) excellent, made by a producer a few kilometers from the cottage. We will gladly come back as soon as we can and with great pleasure.
