The building offers 9 rooms with their 9 private bathrooms, including a PRM room.
The common areas are spacious.
The entire ground floor is accessible for people with reduced mobility.
The kitchen is suitable for groups (surface area as well as complete cooking utensils).
Continuing the gîte, a gazebo offers a sheltered outdoor space for convivial meals.
The 5 x 12 m swimming pool is secure and includes 14 wooden deckchairs.
The gîte is large with 520 m² of living space, a large terrace (view over part of the Dordogne Valley), private parking (6 to 9 cars), a large private courtyard and a wooded garden.

The cottage is located in the heart of the hamlet of Py, in the village of Loubressac (one of the most beautiful villages in France).
