Hiking trailsThe gite "Les boispartagés" has just been renovated and so can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The ground floor is composed of:
- A fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, etc.)
- A cellar: with a washing machine
- A cloakroom area
- A beautiful living room (modular sofa, TV, internet connection, wood stove) opening onto a large terrace.
- A bathroom with Italian shower and towel rail.
- A separatetoilet.
The floor offers 3 large bedrooms:
- The "wooded" bedroom: including a 140 bed as well as a large wardrobe and a desk area (teleworking)
- The "flowery" bedroom with a 160 bed and a wardrobe
- The "star" bedroom with two 90 cm beds that can be pushed together allowing for a king-size bed of 180 × 200 (on request) as well as a wardrobe.
- An independent toilet with washbasin.
A cot and a travel high chair are available
Animals are not allowed.
This place is not intended for the organization of parties.

It is agreed that any cancellation must be notified by registered or electronic letter addressed to the service provider party to the contract.
Cancellation before arrival at the premises:
The deposit remains with the lessor. The latter may request the balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of entry into the premises.
If the customer cancels his reservation within 30 days of the stay, he will pay 70% of the amount. (30% + 40%)
If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours following the date of arrival indicated on the contract, this
contract becomes void and the lessor can dispose of his lodging.
The deposit also remains with the lessor who will request the balance of the rental.
If the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the lessor. In this case, no
refund.
