A former presbytery transformed into a charming gîte in the village of Le Claux.
This vacation rental has an area of 135 m² spread over 3 levels.
The open-plan ground floor has been transformed into a large common living room. A fitted and well-equipped kitchen with hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and a large table to meet all together. The living room is organized around the cantou which now houses a wood stove. Sofa, armchairs and coffee table face it. A laundry room, with washing machine, and independent toilets complete the layout of the ground floor.
On the 1st floor are 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom.
On the second floor, an attic bedroom is furnished like a dormitory with 4 single beds (90 cm) and a sofa bed and a bathroom.
In the garden, you can enjoy the tranquility of the place to share convivial moments around the barbecue.
