The housing situation is ideal for holidays in city and country within the residential area south of the city of Colmar.
Very sunny, 10 minutes walk from the city center and the Christmas markets, 1 km from the TGV station, the house of 40 m² is on the 1st floor of a new building in the middle of a green, with independent access, a balcony and a parking space.
It consists of:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a wardrobe / closet
- A kitchen with a table for 4 people, a large fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, kettle, coffee pot, toaster, iron and ironing board and all the necessary utensils and crockery for your comfort
- Seating area with a sofa bed very comfortable, a coffee table, a Freeview TV with all French and German channels and DVD player
- Internet access via WiFi
- A bathroom equipped with high-end sanitary facilities with a large shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and storage shelves
- Separate WC
- A balcony overlooking a green space with garden furniture (table, chairs, parasol)
- Baby equipment on request (cot, highchair, bottle warmer)
This cottage is non smoking and our 4 legged friends are not admitted.
For your outings and excursions:
- The wine route and the Vosges mountains offer many walks: Turckheim, Eguisheim, Kaysersberg, Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr ... where our wine growers will welcome you
- The Munster Valley (~ 15 km), ski resorts (Lac Blanc, La Schlucht La Bresse, Le Bonhomme), and many farms inns allow you to escape in a pastoral setting, sporty
- Just 45 minutes from Strasbourg, Freiburg in Germany, the city of Rust famous for its amusement park "Europa Park" or Basel

- Colmar: besides the rich architecture of the city center, the city offers museums (Unterlinden, Bartholdi, the Toy Museum), cinemas, its theater, its covered market ...

- In Volgelsheim near Neuf-Brisach: all weekends, the little tourist train with steam boat trip on the Rhine

"Une belle semaine"
Après un accueil très chaleureux, nous avons découvert ce très beau gîte qui correspond à l’annonce, tout est fait pour passer un bon séjour dans cette belle région. Le centre-ville est accessible à pied ce qui est appréciable. Le gîte bénéficie du calme, on n’entend que les oiseaux

"Super"
Nous avons séjourné dans ce gite où tout est conçu pour recevoir. Nous avons été très bien accueil et le logement est super bien placé, 10/15 min à pied du centre ville, mais au calmes pour passe de bonnes nuits.
En plus, place de parking pour voiture.
Malgré un temps mitigé, nous avons passé d'excellente vacances. Colmar est bien situé afin de rayonner sur Mulhouse, Strasbourg, Allemagne et rando dans la forêt des Vosges.
Nous reviendrons certainement.

"PARFAIT"
Gite très agréable et fonctionnel, idéalement situé à 15 minutes à pieds du centre ville, dans un quartier calme mais proche tout commerce.
Un "livret d'accueil" très complet est à disposition afin d'organiser au mieux son séjour.

"Appartement calme et lumineux proche centre ville"
Appartement confortable et bien équipé dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Le centre-ville est accessible en quelques minutes de marche. Accueil très sympathique. Bien situé, à proximité des axes de communication pour visiter très facilement la région.

"Gite à recommander"
Séjour en décembre 2021. Le gîte est idéalement placé pour accéder en un quart d'heure à pieds au marché de Noël de Colmar. Tout est parfait, accueil, agencement, décoration. Il ne manque rien. Le propriétaire est très sympathique. Le supermarché est à 10 minutes en voiture. Ce gîte est au calme. Adresse à recommander et à refaire
