In nice house renovated stone, this cottage offers 1 large living room (45 m²) with fully equipped kitchen, hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, living room equipped with TV 107 cm, fireplace, 2 suites of 40 and 50 m², capacity 4 people maximum per suite (bed of 180 x 200 to 2 x 90 cm, convertible and 1 bedroom of 20 m² for 2 people (bed 160 x 200 cm).
Each suite or room has 102 cm flat screen TV, internet access, tea / coffee and its own shower room with basin or double basin and closed toilet.
1 WC, 1 basement with washing machine, 1 terrace.
The picturesque village and character of Lavoûte-Chilhac, Cluniac site whose oldest part is contained in a loop formed by the Allier River, offers many monuments and tourist attractions.
With bakery, grocery store, restaurants, coffee press, post office, doctor and pharmacy, the village also offers numerous opportunities for relaxation such as, white water sports, horse riding on foot or by bike, petanque ... .etc.
