Water and electricity charges are included in the rental price, for short periods, for normal use. For a dwelling of this capacity, the electricity consumption is indicated in cold periods of 50 kWh / day on average, ie 10 € maximum / day and half for spring-summer, since the installation of a heat pump. In the event of abnormal use, greatly exceeding this maximum rate (€10 in winter and €5 in summer), the charges may be re-invoiced to the tenant on presentation of the detailed statement.
For a monthly rental, a reduction being already personalized and automatically applied to the price of the stay, the expenses in electricity HT are the responsibility of the visitors, detailed invoice in support.

Respect for the places, the neighborhood and the classic rules of good citizenship (reduction of any sound volume after 10 p.m...)
