Lodging of 100 m², renovated and decorated with care.
The ground floor is composed of a living room and an equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace. 2 fridges available, freezer, dishwasher, hotplates, microwave.
Upstairs, a second living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet.
A garden with trees and flowers of 3000 m² and a large terrace with an arbor invite you to relax.
Nature lovers will be enchanted by the presence of deer that they will come across on their way during a bike ride or on foot, as well as a few peacocks that inhabit the area.

- Sale of organic vegetables and fruits every Thursday at "la ferme de la Touche" in Chitenay.
- WiFi available and free.

In Chitenay, pass in front of the church which is on your right, continue straight in the direction of Fougères / bièvre.
Take the last road on the left before the exit sign for the village (les coudraies, le peu, l'ardoise ...) You have a crossroads on a block of stone at the entrance to the road.
At the fork, turn left then continue for 2.5 kms. You pass in front of the manoir des coudraies which is on your right, then you cross a wood which ends in a large bend, with a tennis court on your left.
At the end of the bend, large stone house along the road on the left, continue for about 100 m.
A road comes out on your right. You have in front of you the sign "the little wood". 30m further you have arrived. (black gate with the Gite de France logo on the right pillar).

"SUPERBE LOCATION"
Nous avons été chaleureusement par la propriétaire. Se retrouver entourés de paons a été une très belle surprise. Maison très bien décorée, agréable, au calme avec possibilité de profiter d'un grand terrain et la qualité de la literie permet de passer de très bonnes nuits. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

"Superbe maison au calme"
Nous avons passé une formidable semaine dans cette superbe maison pour la deuxième année de suite. Maison très confortable, bien équipée, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, au calme, tout en étant très proche de beaucoup de lieux de visite, grands châteaux comme plus petits châteaux qui valent le détour. Parc avec terrain de badminton pour amuser petits et grands. Propriétaire charmante, soucieuse de ses visiteurs. Nous reviendrons au plus tard l'été prochain!

"Gîte proche des châteaux et zoo de beauval"
Accueil très sympathique à notre arrivée.
Agréable séjour passé en famille. Les enfants ont apprécié le jardin et les paons qui s'y baladent.
Le gite est spacieux, propre et bien équipé.
Bonne situation géographique pour les visites (châteaux et zoo). Nous reviendrons si l'occasion se présente!
