This beautiful apartment for 4 people, renovated, 45 m², is located in an old Bourgeois house ideally located 2 steps from the beach, the port, the Benedictine Palace and the city center.
On the second floor without elevator.
A large garden, common to the residence, with the possibility of relaxing there.
You can walk around without worrying about the car.
Shops (restaurants, food, ...) nearby.
It consists of a kitchen open to the living room
1 bedroom with a bed of 160x200.
The second sleeping in a 140x190 Rapido leather sofa bed.
A bathroom with sink, shower, hairdryer and extra heating.
The toilet is independent.
Flat screen TV, free WiFi internet.
Pets are not allowed.
Non-smoking apartment.
Car parking is on the street for free (one-way street).
Rates vary according to the seasons and holidays.
