Gîte le Parc

14 km from Bergerac, located on the banks of the Dordogne and 1h30 from Bordeaux, is the village of Saint-Pierre-d'Eyraud.

The cottage is composed of:
• on the ground floor a small entrance opening onto the kitchen/living/dining room area of approximately 35 m² and continuing with a double bedroom including 1 160 cm bed as well as a 90 cm bed . A bathroom with bathtub and WC completes this space.
• upstairs: a library area opens onto a corridor leading to 2 bedrooms, one with a 180 cm bed and the other with a 160 cm bed and finally, a shower room with WC. Numerous storage cupboards are available.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a gas hob, a traditional oven, a microwave and a coffee machine.
A washing machine and dishwasher are also available.

The land is enclosed and wooded with access to the banks of the Dordogne.
The access gate will allow you to park your vehicle in the indoor car park with direct access to the kitchen, very useful for unloading shopping.
In summer, a garden table with chairs, a parasol and a gas plancha will also be available.

Rental per night is possible for the sum of €150 per night with a minimum of 2 nights.
