This adjoining gîte has private access from its paved terrace, equipped with garden furniture, 2 deckchairs and a barbecue.
This mezzanine studio offers you on the ground floor: a day room with lounge (pellet stove, TV, Blu-ray DVD, wired/WiFi internet access), dining room and open fitted kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood , dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric oven, microwave) and a bathroom (shower with extra flat tray, toilet, washing machine).
A beautiful Landes pine staircase provides access to the sleeping area, located on the mezzanine. It includes a 160x200 bed.
“All Inclusive” rental: beds made on arrival, towels and household linen, baby equipment (on request), bicycles, games, books, cleaning products, heating and end-of-stay cleaning included.
For everyone's comfort, non-smoking gîte, parties and noisy events not allowed.
No charging station for electric vehicles.
Accommodation open all year round.
• Off season: Rental possible from 2 days (4 days between November and March) - free arrival day.
• In July / August: Weekly rental only, with arrival on Sunday.
