Gîte for 2/3 people with indoor or open swimming pool (to share with the owner) of 12 x 5 m. Depth of 1 to 1.80 m. Open from the beginning of May to the end of September from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Heated swimming pool (water temperatures depending on the outside temperature, between 22 and 28°C). Salt pool.

Gîte adjoining gîte 23G1471, not overlooked.

Independent and adjoining covered terrace.
Landscaped land with garden and relaxation area opposite the gîte.
Possibility 100 meters to access the edge of the river

On the ground floor:
- living room, lounge (convertible sofa) and kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) and 4 gas burners
- independent bedroom with 160x200 bed and various storage space + TV
- bathroom with shower and WC
Upstairs, via comfortable staircase: relaxation area with a 90 cm bed that can be used as an extra bedroom
