Le Martagon is an independent stone gîte of 90 m² on an old 300-year-old wine property.
It includes: a dining room with fireplace, equipped kitchen leading to a private enclosed garden, 1 bedroom on one level with a 160 cm bed and 2 bedrooms upstairs each with a 90 cm bed, a living room on the mezzanine with television, 1 bathroom water with WC.
A few kilometers from the gîte, many activities are offered: tree climbing, Aqualudique Park, visits to castles and beautiful surrounding villages as well as local producers (prunes, armagnac), hikes for all levels, night markets.

"De belles vacances dans le Sud-est"
Un excellent séjour pour toute la famille dans ce gîte agréable et confortable! Un rez de chaussée bien agencé qui reste au frais lors de grandes chaleurs. Des chambres simples et un espace salon agréable au premier.
