The chalet is located on the edge of forest and meadows and offers a very natural landscape. From the chalet, magnificent view of Mont Margériaz, the Belledonne range and the cross-country and alpine ski trails.

Cancellation by the tenant:
Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the owner.
a) cancellation before arrival at the scene: the deposit remains with the owner. The latter may request the balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of entry into the premises.
If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours of the date of arrival indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his lodging. The deposit also remains with the owner who will ask for the balance of the rental.
b) if the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refund will be made.

"Stage de Trail à la Feclaz"
C'est ma 2ème semaine et déjà je suis sous le charme de ce beau gîte douillet. Dans ce gîte vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un séjour reposant ou sportif. Situé dans un endroit calme et proche de toutes pratiques sportives.. ski de fond, randonnées, Trail, cyclisme sur routes au cœur d'un paysage magnifique.
Votre voiture sera stationnée devant le gîte.
Quelques restaurants et un commerce pour vous ravitaillez.
L'endroit parfait pour passer un super séjour.

"Joli gîte très bien équipé"
Gîte conforme aux photos joli et très bien équipé. Idéalement localisé pour ceux qui aiment être aux pieds des pistes de ski de fond. Nous recommendons vivement.
