- a large living room (35 m²) directly overlooking the garden, with a sofa bed of 140, a sofa and a Russian billiard table

• 1st floor :
- a very large bedroom (29 m²) with a double bed (1.40 m) and an extra bed (0.90 m)

- a bedroom (24 m²) with two beds of 0.80 that can form a bed of 1.60 m and an extra bed (0.90 m)
- a bathroom with shower and toilet

• 2nd Floor :
