In the heart of the village of Mouxy, on the heights of Aix-les-Bains, five minutes from the Chevaley thermal baths and 10 minutes from the Marlioz thermal baths, 20 minutes from the Revard ski resort, 10 minutes from Lac du Bourget.
Walks and hikes from the cottage, shops and health professionals in the village within walking distance.
EXTERIOR:
Quietly located at the end of a dead end.
Private parking space in front of the gite, closed and private garden facing south with terrace and garden furniture
INTERIOR:
Adjoining an old 19th century farmhouse, the rental is a new construction of 58 m²
Ground floor: large living room-kitchen (TV, WiFi, sofa bed, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker)
Upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a large bathroom with shower, washing machine and WC (hairdryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner).
Household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) provided, beds made on arrival.
Possibility of childcare equipment on loan.
We live next to the rental and will therefore be available to help you during your stay.
