Close to the banks of Sèvre Nantaise, the cottage is ideally located 15 minutes from Puy du Fou, 15 minutes from the oriental park of Maulévrier, 1 hour from the Marais Poitevin, 1 hour 15 minutes from the Vendée coast and 1 hour 30 minutes from Futuroscope.
Our family gîte is the ideal place to be peaceful, close to nature and next to a farm, in a rural and bocage landscape.
Cottage of 130 m², completely renovated and comfortable, adjoining, with independent entrance and private garden
Capacity: 5 people

- Ground floor: 1 bedroom (1 140 cm bed), open kitchen with dining room, laundry room, living room, bathroom, separate WC
- Floor: mezzanine with 2 beds of 120 and 1 bed of 90
Outdoor space: 2 parking spaces included, a private garden, fenced and not overlooked, outdoor garden furniture and barbecue

"Excellent séjour"
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte spacieux et confortable. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et aux petits soins. Le gîte est propre, bien équipé et la literie confortable. Il se situe à 15 km du Puy du Fou. Je recommande sans hésitation et reviendrai avec plaisir.

"Authenticité et Qualité"
Un gîte entièrement rénové, avec goût, tout équipé. Authentique, entre nature, Sèvre et Puy du Fou. L'endroit idéal pour se ressourcer. Grand jardin et cuisine très agréable. Accueil chaleureux. Allez-y les yeux fermés !
