This adjoining gîte is accessed via a reception patio or via a private entrance from its wooden terrace, equipped with garden furniture, 2 deckchairs and a plancha.
You will find on the ground floor, a day room with lounge (pellet stove, TV, Blu-ray DVD, wired/WiFi internet access), dining room and open fitted kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, washing machine). crockery, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric oven, microwave), a bedroom (1 160x200 bed), a bathroom (extra-flat shower, washing machine) and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, an attic bedroom (2 90x200 beds) and a separate toilet.
“All Inclusive” rental: beds made on arrival, towels and household linen, baby equipment (on request), bicycles, games, books, cleaning products, heating and end-of-stay cleaning included.
For everyone's comfort, non-smoking gîte, parties and noisy events not allowed.
No charging station for electric vehicles.
Accommodation open all year round.
• Off season: Rental possible from 2 days (4 days between November and March) - free arrival day.
• In July / August: Weekly rental only, with arrival on Sunday.
