Private poolOn the heights of Sarlat, our cottage awaits you for a green holiday in the heart of the Périgord Noir, 3 km from the historic center.
On the ground floor of our property, 2 rooms (55 m²) with a private terrace, not overlooked, offering a breathtaking view of the 4,000 m² garden and the woods (shared swimming pool of 10 x 5 m, deckchairs , trampoline and swing). We live in the house with our children, who play daily in the garden. We also have 2 cats, which you are likely to meet.
Come and enjoy the gentle Perigord way of life and watch the deer come out of the woods.
On Wednesday morning and all day Saturday, you can discover the magnificent Sarlat market which is held in the historic center and buy local products.
Many gastronomic and night markets take place during the summer season, as well as street shows and concerts.
The location is ideal for reaching all the most beautiful sites in the Dordogne, while avoiding the often heavy traffic in the center of Sarlat in the summer. Many hiking and biking trails are nearby.
Many activities are possible visits to caves, castles and gardens, canoeing and swimming on the Dordogne, horse riding, tree climbing, leisure parks and animal parks... Beynac, Castelnaud, Domme and La Roque Gageac are 15 minutes away by car, Rocamadour and the Gouffre de Padirac at 45 minutes.
All the documentation will be offered to you at the gîte, as well as at the Sarlat tourist office.
We live a few meters from an artisanal distillery, offering demonstration of its know-how, tasting and sale of its products (you can walk home :)

"De super hotes dans une super maison"
un acceuil très chaleureux, une maison, un parc et un environnement magnifique et des prestations de grande qualité. L'appartement vient d'être refait à neuf avec beaucoup de gout et d'esthétique.
Elodie, Cyril et leurs enfants sont des hotes parfaits. A RECOMMANDER sans hésitation.

un appartement au rdc d'une grande maison donnant sur très beau parc vallonné
Une très belle piscine.
Mr et Mme Chantereault sont charmants et de bon conseil.
Vous ne serez pas déçus si vous décidez de venir vous y poser pour une grand we ou les vacances et la région est d'une grande richesse.

"De super hotes dans une super maison"
ELodie et Cyril sont d'une grande gentillesse très à l'écoute et pret à rendre tout services.
Ils nous ont indiqués une jolie grotte à visiter et les bons marchés de la région.
Le parc de la maison est magnifique avec fleur et grands arbres. Nous regrettons de n'être pas venus un peu plus tard vue la taille des futures figues à venir. La piscine est géniale, et très propre, entourée d'un grillage et avec une porte ce qui était rassurant ou nous avec un petit. Il y a un grand portique idéal pour les enfants et leurs 2 enfants se sont bien entendu avec le notre.
Bref JE RECOMMANDE absolument pour un long sejour car la région regorge de chouettes coins à visiter et c'est à 10min de la dordogne.
