Each rental has its own garden with its terrace and barbecue and there is a huge shared garden with swings and ping-pong table.
Grocery store and bread section 1km away
Our rentals are located 15 km from Sarlat and 30 km from Rocamadour, in a quiet environment, with open views and a large garden for playing in complete safety. It is ideal for spending holidays with families or friends.
My cottage is completely restored, with exposed beams and fireplace in the living room.
It combines authentic charm and comfort.
There you will find abundant crockery, 2 large fridges and a pretty independent living room.
Many toys are also available for children, baby bed and high chair.

Coming from Paris via the A20 motorway: take exit no. 55 towards Souillac.
FROM SOUILLAC, take the D804 towards Carlux (at the Souillac exit, it becomes the D703): go for approximately 13 km to Roufillac, then turn left onto the D61 towards Saint-Julien-de-Lampon.
Then follow the direction of Gourdon still on the D61 for approximately 6 km. Then on the D36 towards Fajoles for 1 km.
At the stop sign, opposite the POINT VERT cooperative (green agricultural building with a grain silo), take the D47 on the right, direction Gourdon for 20 m and immediately right onto Route des Vergnes which turns into Chemin des Étangs after 150m. Continue to the end to arrive at the Pech de Compassy lodges
Coming from Toulouse via the A20 motorway: take exit no. 56 towards Gourdon.
FROM GOURDON, take the road towards Sarlat. At the exit of Gourdon turn right on the D17 towards Grottes de Cougnac/Masclat. Continue a few km on D17 then the D47. Arrival at the Point Vert cooperative, approximately 20 meters before the crossing of the D47 and the D36, turn left onto the Route des Vergnes which turns into Chemin des Étangs after 150m. Continue to the end to arrive at the “Pech de Compassy” lodges.

"un lieu idéal pour des vacances en famille"
Nous avons passé 15 jours en famille dans le gîte du citronnier. Ça a été super. La maison est très bien équipée pour un séjour avec des enfants (8, 6 et 2 ans) et elle est située en pleine campagne, dans un cadre super beau. On a vraiment adoré et on recommande vivement l'expérience. Il y a énormément de choses à faire dans les alentours et la Dordogne n'est jamais loin pour aller se baigner. Les hôtes, Pierre et Valérie ont été très accueillants. Un séjour parfait !

"Séjour en juillet 2020"
Semaine familiale dans les trois gîtes : Pommier, Cerisier et Citronnier. 15 personnes de 7 à 93 ans, 6 enfants et 9 adultes. Séjour parfait, nombreuses possibilités pour chacun, beaucoup d’équipements, grand calme, livres et jeux en quantité. Lieux touristiques très nombreux. Propriétaires accueillants et attentifs aux demandes. Nous y retournerons l’an prochain !
