For 2 adults, tranquility assured, not overlooked nearby with a view of the Cévennes mountains.

Gite with private parking. Access to the Gîte via a staircase of around twenty steps.

The Gite:

- a living room with television, sound bar.
- a bedroom with 140x200 bed, storage (wardrobe, chest of drawers).
- teleworking corner with desk.
- bathroom with 90x90 shower, vanity unit and WC.
- accommodation equipped with a VMC, smoke detector.

The exterior:
- two wooden terraces, one of 40 m² and one of 20 m² equipped with a pergola, parasol, sun loungers, teak table and chairs
- gas plancha barbecue.
- above ground wooden swimming pool of 20 m² and 1.20 m deep

In the village there is a grocery store, a café, a pharmacy and a doctor's office.
3 km away is the village of Chamborigaud with all shops, medical center and weekly market.

To discover in the region, the center of Alès 25 minutes away, the miner's house, the Cévennes steam train, the bamboo grove, etc...

The Villefort nautical base, Guinguette on the riverbank, numerous hiking trails departing from the Gite.
