The bathroom, toilets, kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge) must be clean, the dishes washed and tidy, the floors swept or vacuumed.
We take care of making the beds, the windows and washing the floors.
For long stays, everything is your responsibility during your stay and on the last day, thank you for returning the house to us under the same conditions as you found it, apart from the beds which are at our expense.
In the event of non-compliance with the regulations, we reserve the right to take part of the deposit for the costs and hours of cleaning spent.
