Gîte Le Chant de la Fontaine

We are happy to welcome you to the Domaine du Lac de Moulin Papon, in the Le Chant de La Fontaine gîte, renovated in 2024.

This gîte can accommodate 4 to 10 people, on 2 hectares, at the gates of La Roche-sur-Yon, 200 meters from the Lac du Moulin Papon, 900 meters from the Cinéville and 1.5 km from the Center Commercial des Flâneries.
In the center of the department, it benefits from a very good location for visiting the Vendée, you will be 30 minutes from the Vendée coast and 45 minutes from Puy du Fou.

The 140 m² cottage, just renovated, is composed of:
- 1 large living room with equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge
- 4 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms with shower
- 2 toilets
- 1 private games room of 60 m²
- 1 terrace and 1 shaded relaxation area
- 1 parking lot

The kitchen has: oven, microwave, hood, dishwasher, 650 liter fridge/freezer and various small appliances.
The rooms can all be converted into single or double beds (you have the choice):
* 2 bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds 90x200 OR 1 double bed 180x200
* 2 bedrooms are equipped with 3 single beds 90x200 OR 1 double bed 180x200 + 1 single bed 90x200

In the games room you will find something to spend great times with family or friends, with games for young and old, table football, ping-pong table, darts, etc.
The relaxing exterior is equipped with garden table and chairs, sun loungers and shaded relaxation area.
